Shared Ownership
As a Club Member, you will have flexible days, weeks, and months to use the home each year. You may stay, bank, or rent your time allocated. Create retreats, workshops, or private events that overflow into the Villas next door at a special member rate and/or take advantage of the Rosewood resort next door for larger groups. YOU are in charge of your home during the portion of your ownership.
Each owner percentage equals 30 calendar days.
